1 Acceptance of Terms

If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, luky33 reserves the right to merge them, close the duplicate accounts and void any activity associated with them.

luky33 may require identity verification before allowing withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime. This is a standard process — you may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or other documents. Accounts that do not complete verification within a reasonable period may have access restricted until the process is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your luky33 account credentials secure. This includes your login details, any two-factor authentication codes and any device you use to access the platform. Do not share your login information with anyone else.

4 Deposits

All deposits made at luky33 must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's payment account are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposit transactions are typically credited to your luky33 balance instantly for mobile wallets like JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing time of the financial institution.

luky33 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to be aware of any such fees charged by your payment provider.

luky33 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large deposits or in cases where deposits appear unusual. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and not a reflection of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at luky33 are processed in PKR via the same payment methods available for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallets. Larger withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your luky33 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. If the account name and payment method name do not match, the withdrawal will be held pending clarification.

Processing times differ by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 1–10 minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

luky33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where a fraud or money laundering review is underway, or where identity verification has not been completed. Any funds held during such a review are not forfeited — they remain in your account pending resolution.

6 Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed at luky33 on sports markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and all other available sports — are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific rules displayed within the betting section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the platform and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets that do not receive a reference have not been accepted.
• Final settlements: All bet settlements are final once completed. If you believe a settlement is incorrect, contact support with the bet reference within 7 days of the settlement date.
• Obvious errors: If odds are published due to a technical error that is clearly inconsistent with market rates, luky33 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the stake to your balance.
• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned before reaching its natural conclusion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type as displayed on the platform.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay. If the match state changes significantly between submission and acceptance, the bet may be rejected and returned to your balance.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per accumulator leg. These limits are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.

luky33 cricket markets — including PSL, domestic T20 leagues and international cricket — follow standard cricket betting rules. DLS adjustments in weather-affected matches will be applied for settlement purposes where the match reaches a valid result under the DLS method.

7 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, live casino tables, slots and bingo on luky33 use certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games, and real physical dealing or wheel spinning for live casino tables. Game outcomes are independently produced and luky33 does not manipulate results.

Each game has individual rules and RTP (return to player) figures that are displayed within the game or on its information panel. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before playing. RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds — individual session results can vary significantly above or below the stated RTP.

If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault or connection loss, the round will be completed and settled according to the last valid game state recorded by luky33's systems. If a valid state cannot be determined, the stake for that round will be refunded to your balance.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be removed from your account after the expiry date.
• Attempting to manipulate bonus terms — including placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit — is considered bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and the removal of any associated winnings.
• luky33 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Any promotion changes will not affect bets or plays already processed under the original offer terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luky33:

• Registering with false or misleading identity information.
• Opening more than one account.
• Using automated betting systems, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Any form of match fixing, insider information or coordinated manipulation of betting markets.
• Using a payment account registered in another person's name.
• Allowing a minor to use your account.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards luky33 staff or other platform users.
• Any activity that luky33 reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering or fraud.

If luky33 suspects prohibited conduct, the platform may suspend account access, freeze the balance and conduct an investigation before making a final decision. Players will be informed of the outcome and given the opportunity to respond where appropriate.

10 Account Closure

You may close your luky33 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonuses will be removed. Balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method minus any applicable bonus wagering obligations.

luky33 may close or suspend your account at its discretion if these Terms and Conditions are violated, if fraud or prohibited conduct is identified, or if continued operation of the account presents a risk management concern. In cases of confirmed fraud, the balance may be forfeited. In all other cases, the remaining balance will be returned upon completion of any applicable review.

Self-exclusion is available as a responsible gaming tool. Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts closed for a minimum period chosen at the time of the request. During the exclusion period, accounts cannot be reopened, new accounts cannot be registered, and any attempts to circumvent the exclusion will be treated as a violation of these terms.

11 Responsible Gaming
